purchased substantially all of Mesa Industries' assets.

Mesa Industries, Inc. is a manufacturer of plastic containers specializing in on-site or in-house blow-molding as well as stock and custom High Density Polyethylene blow-molded bottles ranging in sizes from 32 ounces to 2 1/2 gallons.
